Membership

The Japanese Culture Institute is a non-profit organization created for the study and experience of Japanese culture. If interested, one can become a member of the Institute by making a donation. While membership is not mandatory to participate in classes, those who do support us in this way  will receive special discounts on seminars and workshops offered by the Institute, as well as other benefits.

Membership in the Japanese Culture Institute is open to all individuals, families, and anyone interested in Japan and Japanese culture. Membership offers valuable opportunities for interaction on many levels—to make new business contacts, to meet new friends, to practice language skills, and to understand cultural differences.

We offer a variety of options for donors. Please consider becoming a donor and member of the Japanese Culture Institute. We rely on the support of our members to continue to offer quality programs to the people in our area. Please contact us if you wish to become a donor and member.

The Japanese Culture Institute is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax deductible. Certain benefits, such as complimentary admission tickets or discounted rental fees, may reduce the tax-deductible amount—please consult your accountant.
